Why use sticky notes?

Sticky notes help new users get a fast, visual overview and clear setup instructions. Every approved workflow must have:

1. Exactly one main overview sticky (yellow, top-left position, 100–300 words).
2. Optional section stickies (white, just titles, used to group parts of the workflow).
